SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program name

Tilvo Restaurant Order Updates Program.

2. Program description

Tilvo is a product of Iventra LLC. If you enter your mobile number during restaurant checkout and manually check the separate SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive customer-care messages about that order, including order confirmation, order status updates, pickup or delivery notifications, and customer support.

3. Consent

The SMS checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and displayed before the order is placed. Entering a mobile number alone does not create SMS consent. Consent is collected for the order or service interaction and is not a condition of purchase. Promotional SMS requires separate marketing consent.

4. Charges

Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Communications providers

Tilvo may use Telnyx or similar communications providers to provision phone numbers, send and receive SMS/MMS, process carrier delivery metadata, manage A2P/10DLC registration where applicable, and honor HELP and STOP requests.

6. Opt-out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After STOP is processed, no further messages covered by that consent will be sent unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@tilvo.ai.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
