SMS + Privacy

SMS Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Tilvo is a product of Iventra LLC. This supplemental SMS Privacy Policy describes how Tilvo collects and uses personal information when sending restaurant order and customer-care SMS messages. The primary campaign policies are the Tilvo Privacy Policy and Tilvo Platform Terms; this page explains their SMS provisions.

2. How SMS consent is collected

During checkout, you enter your mobile phone number in the contact-details section. SMS consent is collected only when you manually check the separate, optional SMS checkbox shown before you place the order. The checkbox is unchecked by default, consent is not a condition of purchase, and entering a phone number alone does not create consent.

3. Information we collect

  • Mobile phone number.
  • Order and service details related to your request.
  • Message delivery metadata such as timestamps and carrier status.

4. How we use information

  • To send order confirmations and order status updates.
  • To send pickup or delivery notifications.

5. Mobile information sharing statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with messaging vendors and telecom providers, including Telnyx where enabled, strictly required to deliver SMS/MMS services, manage phone numbers, support carrier registration, and honor opt-out requests.

6. Messaging disclosures and opt-out process

  • Message frequency may vary based on your order and service activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • SMS/MMS delivery, phone number services, and carrier metadata may be processed by Telnyx or similar communications providers.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After STOP is processed, no further messages covered by that consent will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Retention and security
